21st Century Cures Act - Information Blocking Webinar | March 22, 2021 | 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
On Monday, March 22nd from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., the Association for Behavioral Healthcare (ABH) and eHana hosted a webinar providing an overview of the Information Blocking provisions of the 21st Century Cures Act and the potential impact on the behavioral healthcare provider community.
Participants learned about key aspects of the new regulations, which took effect April 5th, 2021, and learned to become conversant with the core concepts of the new Information Blocking rules governing access to Electronic Health Information (EHI) by patients and their designees.
